We work side-by-side with the contractor throughout the construction project, to complete inspections, verify work progress, and ensure quality. We have the knowledge and experience to resolve any issues in the field as they are identified. This allows work to progress without the downtime of a formal Request For Information (RFI) process or conversation with the engineer of record, saving the project time and money.
More so than having the skills required to successfully manage construction projects, Ditesco is passionate about what we do, and we have fun doing it. We have worked in the northern Colorado community providing construction management services for years and are honored to work on projects in our own backyards.
